I have created this in anticipation of actually remembering, pondering on things past. It seems that, recently, everything zips past with such pace that I have no will to recollect memories as I am too busy withpresent activities. Amongst traveling to Sydney 3-5 times a week, attempting to pass a Psychology degree, visiting old friends and new ones, seeing family and attending gigs/festivals ect., I take for granted all the good that occurs daily. So, take this blog as my response to the compact, fast paced lifestyle I never expected to find myself in.. :)
Just to introduce things a bit better-
This is where I live..
And this is the car I loved with all my dear heart..And these are things I do in my spare time..
Cloud Control is definitely one of the best 'upcoming' bands in Sydney.
They take me back to a time when things were less complicated, a time I never knew.
Live music creates beautiful atmospheres, especially if it's breathtaking.
Dress up parties beat all others.
There's always something exciting about homemade costumes.
My good friends and I can't get enough of them, hence our will to create a parties around dress up themes (not the other way around).
I seem to spend a large majority of my time just 'popping into' thrift stores.
After about 3 hours you emerge, hot headed and panting, with a huge armful of clothing/knick nacks ect.
At least 70% of my wardrobe consists other peoples trash.
Despite the oncoming cooler weather, the ocean is still one of my favorite places to be.
I'm lucky to be living so close.
Sometimes when I arrive home from University and all the city noise, I take a bike ride to the beach where everything seems serene and far more sensible.
More later, I'm sure I'll have lots to report..
